“Crossroad” is a 3-year project (2006-2008) promoted by Comune di Firenze (Italy) with Eurotrain (Italy), Association of Non Formal Education (Lithuania), Citizens in Action (Greece), Luciole (France), Mais (Portugal) and Nexes (Spain).

Often local NGOs and informal groups succeed in being active actors, provoking a change in their community, without resources, support or information. Those NGOs and informal groups need to be informed, trained and supported in order to be integrated in a constructive European dimension and not be isolated in their own realities. The actors of this project are Public Institutions, NGOs, youth workers, informal youth groups, young people and young-adults.

"Crossroad" aims to develop the following dimensions: information, training, cooperation and coaching through specific activities directed to the young people and the local NGOs who would like to have the chance to inter-act with other young people at a European level.
Crossroad wants to give to young people with fewer opportunities chances to create their own spaces in the local context.
