Seeds of participation: it starts the adventure with the presence of Vinay and Nidal

The training will take place during two weekends of 10-11 and 17-18 of December, where there will be the contribution of experts of Nexes, NoVa and Sodepau. We can count on two women of the movements of the South: Vinay Bharadwaj, associated Professor at the Department of History of Delhi University, and Nidal Salam Hamdache of the Moroccan Association of Human Rights.

The project "Seeds of participation" aims to promote democratic participation, education for peace and human rights in Catalonia. For this reason, actors of youth participation will receive a specific training in 8 small modules 8, using as inspiration nonviolent practices of the movements of women in the South, India and Morocco and with the collaboration of NoVa and Sodepau. During the training the actors of youth participation will plan activities and events to raise the awareness of Catalan people in the communities where they will be trainers in participation, democracy, peace and human rights, while they will be the actors of social change in their communities.
